This is me sounding like a smartass: actually you need all different types. There is no such thing as bad and good when it comes to food. Carbs are your number one source of energy when doing any type of physical activity. Protein doesn’t do shit for you when it comes to energy, it just helps rebuild muscles. Fat…I forgot what it’s used for but you can’t get rid of any food group. Yea, carbs are somewhat “bad” if you look at it like that, but the body needs it. No shit if you eat a lot of carbs you’ll gain weight but if you eat a lot of anything you gain weight. It’s a matter of balancing and portioning your diet. And working out.
